I’m Dr. Suman King; coach, consultant, and clinical psychologist for Arch Bridge. For over 20 years, I have used a strengths-based, systemic approach to help Executive Leadership, IT teams, and Human Resources overcome challenges in their industry or projects. Suman King, PhD, is an Executive Coach, Author, Licensed Clinical Psychologist and the founder of Arch Bridge Coaching and Consulting. Suman’s extensive 20+ years of experience in Government Healthcare, IT, and Acquisition Management makes her a sought-after thinking partner for leaders in these sectors.
Suman specializes in helping teams develop organizational frameworks to align the people, information, and technology. Her systems-centered, strengths-based perspective is proven for individuals and teams around the business vision and strategy resulting in increased productivity and organizational growth.
Suman’s background as a Psychologist and business process expert gives her a unique perspective to recommend dynamic solutions to stakeholders. Her signature consulting program and coaching services, S.O.A.R., gives individuals, businesses, and their systems the insight they need to accomplish their biggest goals.
Suman graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, majoring in Psychology and Speech Communications with highest honors. She received a Masters at the University of Virginia and PhD in Clinical Psychology at the University of Oregon. Then, she completed a post-doctorate at The Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. During her time at Oregon, she taught undergraduate courses and co-authored several articles. She is also the co-author of Preventing Drug Abuse Among Children and Adolescents: A Research-Based Guide. Currently, Suman is obtaining her international coaching certification.
